Did you hear about a DVD that was recently released in the UK, and which includes a full 1961 Peggy special, taped in the UK for the BBC? This performance of “Fever” is actually from that special.

For any fellow readers hoping to listen to any other renditions by Peggy Lee which do not show up often in YouTube, here is also a radio version of “Waitin’ for the Train to Come In.” Vocally, it’s fairly similar to the commercial record, but it makes for pleasant listening all the same. This is from "Big Night Out Presents The Peggy Lee Show" (1961).

It is from "her first ever British TV Show". It was released last year on Light Entertainment Rarities. "Four rare music shows from the ABC Archive".

It is a real treasure!

Thanks, guys, for letting me know the exact show this was taken from. Haven't seen the DVD of her first British TV show so far.
