YouTube shows Peggy Lee singing Malotte’s “The Lord’s Prayer” at the funeral of Louis Armstrong - but only the end of the song. I’m pretty sure she would have sung the whole song. So I am wondering if more extensive footage exists, and if so where it can be accessed. To the best of my knowledge, she did not make a studio recording of this song. But I would be pleased to be told I am wrong about this. Because of the quiet sincerity of her singing and her superb diction, she would be a truly wonderful singer of religious songs.
